As projected HRO is the fastest growing segment with large-scale offshoring taking place and larger international players like Fidelity, Exult and Hewitt already made their presence felt in India.
This time again Canadian media and communications company Rogers Communication offered Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services company, to provide them with human resource outsourcing (HRO) services. The Rogers contract marks Hewitts first HR BPO win this fiscal year.
Talking about the deal, Russ Fradin, Chairman and CEO, Hewitt said, "HR BPO continues to be an integral part of their business and they are looking forward to the challenges and demonstrate that commitment, as they expand their partnership with Rogers to deliver on their HR needs. Hewitts are excited to grow their business and will continue to chase opportunities like this to prove their clients to be successful.
Hewitt see this as an expansion of the companies relationship, as they have been providing compensation and benefits consulting services to Rogers for the past few years. Under the new multiyear contract, Hewitt will provide services like workforce administration, payroll, compensation and health and welfare administration services to approximately 26,000 Rogers employees in Canada
