The first event of the complimentary Outsourcing Leadership Forum will be held at the Jones Day law offices in Dallas, Texas on April 19, 2006. Outsourcing consulting firm, Alsbridge, has launched the forum to provide attendees with comprehensive information on outsourcing.
The event will have a half-day session for senior-level executives focusing on business process outsourcing (BPO) trends for 2006 with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting (F&A) best practices. Current research and real-world case studies will be presented to illustrate how outsourcing processes are now being implemented by organizations worldwide.

Jones Day partner, John Funk, will offer an analysis of the legal considerations that can help attendees determine how to match sourcing needs with their organization, and John Wilmot, CEO of NelsonHall, will present the latest research on global BPO statistics and benchmarking. The Forum will conclude with an open Q&A session to allow sourcing leaders and attendees to discuss strategies and best practices.
